HURRY! HURRY! WHILE SUPPLIES LAST ONLY!
This landmark store in downtown Cincinnati is leaving for greener pastures and are passing the savings onto you. Up to 75% off and if you buy large quantities of items an additional percentage sheds off too. Run don't walk to this end ot business sale. Versace, burberry, gucci and more all at reasonable prices.
Somewhat dingy inside, staff are kind of off-putting, selection is usually very limited to gaudy "must-have"/mainstream pieces (at least for men - think the fugly Balenciaga sock shoes). Last time I went there was a HUGE selection though (maybe they're closing that location?), but an employee was basically bragging to another customer that her clients only *order* things in, they didn't want "any of this" (the 15 racks of sale items) because it was all out of season. It was generally all pretty ugly, but still. You work retail girl, chill.
Literally one of the worst stores I have ever been to. I order a pair of shoes in the store from an SA. I paid for express shipping and never got a tracking number. Regardless I received the shoes and ended up returning them. When I went into the store to return them I was told that only the gentleman who I ordered from could return my shoes and they wanted to just put a post-it note on my shoes of my name until he was working again. I said that I will come in another time this week when he was working. When I went in again to return the shoes the SA took them and give me no receipt. Come a FULL MONTH later I have not seen the transaction back on my card. I called the store over 15 times and only ever get the make up department despite having the correct extension. If I am transferred to the shoe department by chance it rings endlessly. It is impossible to reach any sort of manager at this location. At this point I just want my return process and this whole transaction with this Saks location to be finished.
Just left from there and had a rude Asian lady clerk who try to acted like me and my husband wasn't supposed to be in there and gave us terrible customer service. She lucky i didn't slapped her across the counter.
Received a used lipstick !!! Don’t even know the previous owner is sick or not.
Contact the custom service three times:
The first one said they could not get me a replacement and told me they will issue a refund and I don’t need send the lipstick back
One week later I did not got the refund confirmation and the second one told me it’s in process and I need to wait about 15 days to get refund.
15 days later, I still didn’t get any update about the refund, and this time, the third one told me because I didn’t send back the used lipstick!!!! They will issue me the refund if I send back the lipstick or they can give me a 25% refund if I want to keep the lipstick. Seriously?
If I was reviewing the Valet I would say 10/10. Valet was so nice and polite.
But inside was TERRIBLE. I was looking at a dress with my mom and she said "Wow, this looks like the fabric we bought in Guatemala" and a sales associate that had not said hello said LOUDLY "On that note I'll be walking away".
I turned and said "What?" She replied "You obviously don't know what you are looking at" to which I said, "I've spent time in Guatemala and was excited to see their beautiful textiles are here" She then scolded me because it was a Brazilian designer and I had no idea what I was talking about and STORMED AWAY. I was in complete shock and walked out.
What was meant to be a big shopping trip to find my mom's dress for my wedding and holiday shopping turned in to the rudest Karen I had ever met. I know staffing is hard right now but I'd fire this lady in a heartbeat if I was management.
In store stock on men's shoes was extremely low. I tried getting help on a gift card and could not resolve it. After paying to park and getting nothing accomplished, it was an hour plus of my life I will never get back. Don't buy gift cards from this place. It was all but impressive. *** Update *** I have spent two years trying to resolve this gift card issue. They gave me this guy's name who said he would check into it and nothing was ever done. They obviously do not stand behind their name. Just avoid doing business with this store.
Great staff and decent men's selection. Greg the employee says they are under new management and are looking into more designer brands like Off White and Gucci for the younger crowd. They have a nice selection of Gucci shoes now as well! Greg led us into the changing rooms and was very helpful for us!
